Keith R. Pavlack is a 1986 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Doctor of Laws degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989. While at Widener he received the American Juris Prudence Award for commercial transactions.

During law school, Attorney Pavlack worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Anthony Semerraro in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas. After his admission to the Bar of Pennsylvania Courts in 1989, Attorney Pavlack worked for the Philadelphia Housing Authority where he continued until 1991. Attorney Pavlack worked as an associate for Martin H. Philip Law Office, P.C until opening his solo practice in 1993.

Attorney Keith Pavlack confines his practice to handling Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Real Estate Transactions.

Melissa Pavlack



Melissa T. Pavlack is a 1986 Dean’s list graduate of Muhlenberg College. She received her Doctor of Laws degree from Widener University School of Law in 1989 and was admitted to the Bar of the Pennsylvania Courts in November of 1989. After her admittance to the Bar, she completed a two year judicial clerkship with the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. During her clerkship, Attorney Pavlack worked for the Honorable Donald E. Wieand researching and writing on family law issues raised on appeal. Before establishing Pavlack Law Offices, P.C., Attorney Pavlack worked for Mondschein Associates, where her work was dedicated exclusively to the practice of matrimonial law.

Attorney Pavlack is an active member of the Family Law Sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lehigh County Bar Association. She is the past Editor of the Lehigh County Bar Association Family Law Section’s Newsletter and Case Law Update and served as President of the Family Law Section for two years. She is also a member of the Carbon County Bar Association. In addition, Attorney Pavlack participates in seminars and workshops on family law matters.

Kathyrn Von Badins

Kathryn E. Von Badins is a 2001 graduate of the University of Maryland. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in May 2006.

After her admittance to the Bar, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County. During her clerkship, Attorney Von Badins worked for the Honorable David W. Addy and the Honorable Richard W. Webb researching and writing on a wide variety of legal issues in all areas of the law.

Attorney Von Badin’s practice is dedicated exclusively to
matrimonial law.
